In the early morning hours of a cold January day in 2021, the life of 20-year-old Charlie Siders was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On January 14th, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the 3900 block of Hoyt Avenue on the city's east side after reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene.
