In the spring of 2019, the life of 16-year-old Xavier Ines Weir, a sophomore at Scecina Memorial High School in Indianapolis, was tragically cut short. The young man, known for his love of football and lacrosse, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of April 7, 2019, in the 400 block of Grovewood Drive in Beech Grove, Indiana.
