Carlos Spikes, a 34-year-old resident of Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 17, 2021. According to reports, Carlos was fatally shot in the 4100 block of Buchanan Street in Gary. The Lake County coroner's office confirmed that he was pronounced dead at approximately 6:10 p.m. on that day. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately recognized as a homicide, prompting an investigation by local law enforcement.
