In the winter of 1990, a wave of terror gripped Northwest Indiana, culminating in the tragic deaths of brothers Eli and George Balovski. Eli Balovski, a 60-year-old male, and his brother were fatally shot on December 18, 1990, inside their family-owned tailor shop in Gary, Indiana. Their murders marked the final act in a violent crime spree attributed to the 'Shotgun Killer.'
