Jeffrey Anderson, a 22-year-old employee at a Subway restaurant in Portsmouth, Virginia, was tragically murdered on October 26, 1992. The incident occurred during a robbery at the sandwich shop where Anderson worked. Jason Matthew Joseph, along with an accomplice, entered the restaurant with the intent to rob it.
