In the early hours of a Sunday morning, the life of Tony Lamont Deans, a 32-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On January 3, 2021, in Portsmouth, Virginia, Deans was the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident occurred just after midnight in the 20th block of Merrimac Drive, where police responded to a call about a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. Upon their arrival, officers and medics found Deans, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
