Omar Deangelo Booker, an 18-year-old from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2015. Omar was a senior at I.C. Norcom High School and worked at Philadelphia Cold Cuts, a local sub shop, where he had been employed for four years.
