Talik Jahleel Farmer, an 18-year-old from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 11, 2020. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. when the Emergency Communication Center received a call about a single-vehicle crash in the 2700 block of Turnpike Road.
