On the evening of March 2, 2025, 24-year-old African American male Remonds Delbridge was fatally shot in Portsmouth, Virginia. The incident occurred around 9:10 p.m. in the 2900 block of Arcadia Avenue. Upon arrival, police officers discovered Delbridge deceased at the scene and another man suffering from life-threatening injuries.
