In the early morning hours of October 9, 2023, a shooting at a 7-Eleven on George Washington Highway in Portsmouth, Virginia, claimed the life of 21-year-old Arthur House. A male originally from Janesville, Wisconsin, House was an active-duty Pharmacy Technician in the United States Navy.
