Allaejah Johnson, a 22-year-old special needs woman from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost her life on February 27, 2023, when she was struck by a stray bullet. The incident occurred at her family's home on Allard Road as Allaejah was helping her father bring in groceries. The bullet hit her in the head, killing her instantly.
