In the late hours of a Friday night in Portsmouth, Virginia, the life of 28-year-old Daniel Christian Rodgers was tragically cut short. On March 29, 2024, while at the Dale Homes Apartments, Rodgers was fatally shot in what law enforcement officials believe was an attempted robbery.
