Cori Terry, a 25-year-old from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2017. He was shot and killed while walking with friends in the 1100 block of Virginia Avenue, near the London Oaks Apartments. The incident occurred early in the morning, and police responded to reports of shots fired. Family members described Cori as a person with a good heart and business aspirations, who was planning to attend an open house at a nearby college in the coming days.
