Ronald Lindsey, a 60-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on September 6, 2015, in Portsmouth, Virginia. The incident occurred around 3:07 a.m. in the 1900 block of Victory Boulevard. Lindsey was walking from an ATM when he was approached by two men with shotguns who exited a dark-colored Volvo.
