Christopher Bailey, a 22-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, was tragically shot on June 15, 2009. The incident occurred on Kemet Road in Chesapeake around 11:30 p.m. Bailey was found with gunshot wounds and was immediately taken to a hospital.
