Marquis S. Terry, a 23-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2012. Marquis was fatally shot at a house party on Highland Avenue. The incident occurred after an argument over a dice game escalated into violence. Marquis was shot five times and succumbed to his injuries at the hospital the following day.
