In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Portsmouth, Virginia, the life of 33-year-old Michael Livermon was tragically cut short. On September 29, 2024, officers responded to a call in the 2300 block of Elliott Avenue around 1:35 a.m. where they discovered Livermon suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
