In the early hours of a cold Saturday morning in Portsmouth, Virginia, the life of 29-year-old Delvin Antonio Crosby was tragically cut short. On January 19, 2019, police responded to a call for a medical emergency on Turnpike Road. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Crosby suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. Despite the efforts of the medics who were called to the scene, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
