Dominic D. Ricks, aged 45, tragically lost his life on June 9, 2018, in Portsmouth, Virginia. According to reports, Ricks was found dead at the Relax Inn located at 1031 London Blvd. The cause of death was a fatal gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
