Eric Pernell Jones Jr., a 31-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 20, 2024, in a shooting incident. The fatal event occurred in the 600 block of Lancer Drive in Portsmouth, where Jones was found shot along with another victim, Russell Branden Barnes, aged 32.
