In the early morning hours of September 26, 2021, in Portsmouth, Virginia, a violent incident cut short the lives of two men, one of whom was 38-year-old Aaron Harris. The events unfolded at the intersection of Lansing Avenue and Randolph Street, where police initially responded to what appeared to be a two-vehicle crash. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene. Harris was found with a fatal gunshot wound.
