Earl Lovell Martin Sr., a 42-year-old man from Portsmouth, Virginia, was one of four victims in a shooting incident that occurred on January 9, 2024, just before 10 p.m. on Greenway Court East and Rodman Avenue. Martin was rushed to the hospital along with the other victims, but he succumbed to his injuries on January 13, 2024.
