In the early morning hours of July 6, 2020, tragedy struck in Portsmouth, Virginia, claiming the life of 21-year-old TySheek Antonio Spivey. A graduate of I.C. Norcom High School, Spivey was a young man with plans of becoming a welder, having attended Tidewater Tech for training. He was known for his bright smile that could light up a room and for the deep love he held for his family, especially his mother and siblings.
