Robert Langston III, a 28-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2020. The incident occurred in the afternoon around 3:20 p.m. when dispatchers received a call about an injured man in the 3000 block of Airline Boulevard. Upon arrival, investigators found Langston with a fatal gunshot wound to the torso. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
