On November 15, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Portsmouth, Virginia, resulting in the death of 40-year-old Robert James "Bobby" Mallory. The shooting took place at the intersection of High Street and Frederick Boulevard, where police were called to the scene around 2:45 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Mallory suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
