In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Portsmouth, Virginia, the life of Deandre K. Morrison, a 25-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On January 19, 2020, at approximately 4:24 a.m., police responded to a call in the 200 block of Avondale Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Morrison with a fatal gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
