James Eddie Delando Hill, aged 38, tragically passed away on August 15, 2013, in Portsmouth, Virginia. Hill, also known by the nickname "Tony Akeem," was born on August 17, 1974, to Linda Hill and the late James E. Boone. He was a beloved father, leaving behind several children, including Jamesha Jordan, Keshayla Griffin, Tionna Blackmon, Samiyah Toliver, and James Watkins. Hill was also predeceased by his son, Aarion Watkins.
