Brandon Edwards, a 32-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 9, 2021. The incident occurred just before midnight in the Downtown area of Portsmouth, specifically on High Street. According to reports, officers from the Portsmouth Police Department responded to a call regarding a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, they found Edwards suffering from severe injuries.
