Victor Green, a 36-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically passed away on September 13, 2021. He was found shot to death inside a gray Infiniti in the 600 block of Jefferson Street around 4:20 p.m. that day. The incident occurred while his juvenile child was also in the vehicle, though the child was physically unharmed. The Portsmouth Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
