Anthony Eugene Reid, a 35-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, was found dead on October 6, 2013, near railroad tracks on Choate Street. Reid had been missing since the evening of October 5, 2013, when he was last heard from around 8 p.m. His body was discovered in the grass behind some homes, approximately two miles from his residence on Azalea Avenue.
