Obie Lewis Holloway III, a 21-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 27, 2023, in a fatal shooting incident. The Portsmouth Police Department responded to a gunshot wound incident in the alleyway of the 2900 block of County Street at approximately 9:32 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Holloway with a fatal gunshot wound.
