In the late afternoon of October 25, 2011, the life of 31-year-old Barry Donald Timberlake, a male resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Just before 5 p.m., in the Brighton neighborhood of the city, Timberlake was discovered in the 1200 block of Portsmouth Boulevard with gunshot wounds to his upper body. Despite the prompt arrival of emergency services, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
