In the late afternoon of October 25, 2011, the life of 31-year-old Barry Donald Timberlake, a male resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Just before 5 p.m., in the Brighton neighborhood of the city, Timberlake was discovered in the 1200 block of Portsmouth Boulevard with gunshot wounds to his upper body.
