Wayne Davis, aged 49, was tragically killed on December 20, 2015, in Portsmouth, Virginia. He was found shot to death inside a car along with 48-year-old Linda Lassiter. The police were initially called to the scene on Loren Crescent for what was reported as a car accident. Upon arrival, they discovered Davis and Lassiter with gunshot wounds to their upper bodies, and both were pronounced dead at the scene.
