Christopher A. Washington, a 26-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2016. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Suburban Parkway, where Washington and another man were shot. The police received a call about the shooting at 8:21 p.m., and upon arrival, they found both men with gunshot wounds to their upper bodies. Unfortunately, Washington succumbed to his injuries, while the other victim was left in critical condition.
