In the summer of 2023, the life of 52-year-old David Williams, a male resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, was brought to a tragic and abrupt end. On the evening of June 7th, police were called to the Economy Lodge located in the 1000 block of Broad Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Williams suffering from gunshot wounds.
