In the summer of 2023, the life of 52-year-old David Williams, a male resident of Portsmouth, Virginia, was brought to a tragic and abrupt end. Patterson, Sr., was arrested in connection with the incident. Following his arrest, he was held without bond at the Portsmouth City Jail.
