Quinton Eugene Elliott, a 38-year-old man, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2025, in Portsmouth, Virginia. The incident occurred in the evening, around 6:30 p.m., on Dunedin Road. Authorities responded to reports of a shooting and discovered Elliott suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
