John Robert Plummer III, aged 37, tragically passed away on November 27, 2021, in Portsmouth, Virginia. Known affectionately as JP, John was a beloved member of his community, remembered for his bright smile and contagious laugh. He was a carpenter by trade and worked with Earley Contracting Corporation. John was a father of four and a caretaker for his mother, Julia Plummer.
