In the spring of 2024, a burst of violence on a Portsmouth street cut short the life of Timothy Scott Jenkins, a 33-year-old man. The fatal encounter unfolded on Thursday, April 18, 2024, on Duke Street, where Jenkins was found deceased, a victim of gunfire.
