Timothy Scott Jenkins, a 33-year-old man from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2024, in a fatal shooting incident. The shooting occurred in the 1200 block of Duke Street in Portsmouth, where Jenkins was found suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Jenkins was pronounced dead at the scene.
