On April 3, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Portsmouth, Virginia, resulting in the death of 24-year-old Andrese Jennings. The shooting took place just after 1 p.m. on Airline Boulevard, where police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Jennings suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
