Tyrone Carr, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 29, 2021, in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 5:25 p.m. while Tyrone was sitting in his vehicle in the 5300 block of West Van Buren Street.
