In the early hours of May 9, 2026, the life of 23-year-old Jazmyne Johnson was tragically cut short in her Portsmouth, Virginia home. Police responded to a report of a shooting on Greenwood Drive at approximately 12:42 a.m. Upon their arrival, a single gunshot was heard from inside the residence.
