Lamont D. Brown, aged 41, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2022, in Portsmouth, Virginia, as a result of a double shooting incident. The shooting occurred on Carver Circle, a location off Rodman Avenue and Portsmouth Boulevard. Police responded to the scene around 4 a.m. and discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, Lamont Brown succumbed to his injuries, while the other victim sustained life-threatening injuries but survived.
