In the early hours of a Tuesday in Portsmouth, Virginia, the life of Zachary Alexander-Dallas Caldwell, a 29-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On October 17, 2023, at approximately 1:15 a.m., police responded to calls of gunfire in the 4700 block of Viola Terrace. Upon their arrival, they discovered Caldwell suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate medical attention he received at the scene, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
