On a tragic Saturday, May 11, 2024, the life of 46-year-old Antwain Lamont Terry was cut short by gunfire in Portsmouth, Virginia. The fatal encounter unfolded in the 800 block of Wilcox Avenue, where police were called to investigate reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Terry suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Despite the immediate response and medical aid rendered at the scene, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
