Arthur Lee Harris Jr., a 25-year-old man from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2024, in a shooting incident. The incident occurred on the 3800 block of Augustine Circle, where police responded to a call around 2:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Harris lying in the middle of the street with a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, but sadly, he succumbed to his wounds later that evening.
