Do you know who murdered 20 year old Keanan Samuels in 2017? Keanan Samuels, a 20-year-old African-American male, was home in Wilmington, Delaware for Christmas break from Benedict College when he was fatally shot on the night of December 16, 2017. He had attended a candlelight vigil for his friend Barry White, who had been killed months earlier, and was near Vandever Avenue and North Locust Street when gunfire erupted around 7:45 p.m. Bullets struck him in the neck and face; he was rushed to a hospital, where he died later that night.
