Alphonso Boyd, a 28-year-old Black male from Wilmington, Delaware, was fatally shot on May 27, 2014. On that day, the Black male victim, age 28, returned to the 1100 block of Conrad Street in Wilmington where he lived. After speaking with people in the area, he encountered a man named Demonte Johnson and the two began to argue.
