On the night of July 28, 2020, Wilmington, Delaware, experienced a tragic incident of gun violence. At approximately 10:55 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1100 block of Beech Street. Upon arrival, they discovered four individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
