Nyzere Seth, 17, a Black male, was shot during a late-night burst of gunfire on the 1100 block of Beech Street in Wilmington, Delaware, on July 28, 2020. Police were called around 10:55 p.m. and found four people struck by bullets. Seth and 23-year-old Alexus Cumberbatch did not survive; two other victims, men ages 18 and 26, were rushed for treatment in stable condition.
