Murdered

Terence Purnell, a 34-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was fatally shot on August 8, 2014, in what authorities later described as a homicide. The incident occurred in the early morning hours in the area of the 600 block of N. Walnut Street. Wilmington police responded to reports of gunshots and found Purnell lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
