On the night of September 26, 2021, in Wilmington, Delaware, the life of Tyrell Lewis, a 40-year-old Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. At approximately 10:17 p.m., Wilmington Police officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of North Spruce Street following reports of a shooting.
